June

• Children will experience Splash days, Nature walks, Picnic days, Science days, Making Apple pie and Popsicles. They will also study kinds of clouds, insects, plants, all needs of living things as they will take care of a vegetable garden. Show and tell will be about things that go on tracks, on the water, on the air and on the road.

July

• Children will experience Splash days, Nature walks, Picnic days, Science days, Pressing leaves and flowers. Making the Family Tree. They will also study about the environment, recycling and making compost, the independence of the USA and our flag. They will start making phases and sentences knowing the difference of both. Show and Tell will be about animals that live in the water, in a farm and insects.

August

• Children will experience Splash days, Nature walks, Picnic days, Science days, Watching birds. Making fruit salad and fruit pizza. They will learn about parts of the flower and the tree, kinds of trees and their fruits also names of common flowers, other currencies, parents job/professions and classifying leaves.

Weekly schedule

• Mondays and Thursdays: Splash days.
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays: Science, Cooking, Nature, Projects and learning days.
• Fridays: Show and tell. July 4th no school!
